TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
A
£100 (per person) non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates. The balance of the total cost must be paid 4 weeks before your date of
arrival at MOTOFIESTA.
We also ask upon your arrival a fully refundable deposit of £150 per person to cover any damage to the bike/equipment whilst in your care. Any damage, exceeding £150 to the bike/equipment must be paid for in full before your departure.
Also on arrival the client must produce their passport, motorcycle driving licence and EHIC (European Heatlh Insurance Card - Formerly the E111).
Due to the danger involved in off-road riding, the client will agree to take part at their own risk.
The Company known as MOTOFIESTA or any representatives working on its behalf will not be held liable for any injury, accident, damage or personal loss to the client or their belongings during their stay.
If the client chooses to leave voluntarily before the agreed date, no refund will be given. Also, if the client puts himself, or any other member of the guests, in any danger that the representative of the Company finds to be unnecessary, they will be asked to leave. The Company will not refund any monies or be held responsible for the client thereafter.
